State Closes Child Porn Loophole

Albany, NY (WIBX) - Calling a loophole in the law "shocking," the State Senate has now made the viewing of child pornography a crime.

Knowingly accessing child porn with the intent to view it is now considered breaking state and federal laws.

State Senator Marty Golden led the fight to close the loophole before the end of this legislative session.
