State Police And Child Advocacy Center Arrest Utica Man For Rape

State Police and The Oneida County Child Advocacy Center have teamed up once again to arrest a Utica man for Rape.

According to State Police, 35-year-old Alfonso Davis Sr. allegedly had sexual intercourse with a female under the age of thirteen.

The alleged incidents occurred from 2014 to 2015 in the City of Utica.

Davis Sr. was held at Oneida County Centralized Arraignment where bail was set at $50,000 cash and $75,000 bond.

The victim was offered services through the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center.
