State Police Arrest Man Seen Damaging Property On Camera

Sylvan Beach, NY (WIBX) - A man caught on security cameras damaging property at a Sylvan Beach bath house is under arrest.

According to State Police in Sylvan Beach, on November 13th Matthew Bukovan, 21, of Utica, turned himself in. He said he was the man who allegedly damaged a bath house door in August.

Bukovan is charged with one count of Criminal Mischief, a misdemeanor.

State Police are still looking for the other three people seen with Bukovan, and encourage anyone with information to call their office at 762-4441.
