State Police Arrest Utica Man, Charge Him With Larceny

A Utica man is under arrest after State Police he hit another man in the head with a bottle.

Troopers say the incident happened on December 28th, in the Turning Stone Casino parking garage.

Aleksandr Selyuzhitskiy, 19, allegedly hit another 19 year-old man in the head with a glass bottle, causing a large cut and concussion. The two did not know each other and the incident was considered a random event.

Selyuzhitskiy faces one count of felony assault.
