State Police Conduct Underage Drinking Initiative

State Police conducted an underage drinking compliance check of local establishments on Super Bowl Sunday.

17 establishments in Oneida County serving or selling alcohol were checked.

A bartender at Kratzy's Bar and Grill in Alder Creek was charged with unlawfully dealing with a child and prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage.

The other establishments were all found to be in compliance.
