State Police Investigate Rash Of Car Larcenies In Marcy

State Police are warning residents to lock their car doors after a rash of larcenies in Marcy.

The larcenies happened on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday between midnight and 6:00 a.m. on Cavanaugh Road, Hidden Meadow Drive, Pine Grove Lane and Ray Road.

Police say numerous items were stolen from unlocked cars including GPS units, jewelry and loose change. They say while most the cars were unlocked, one of the vehicles had a passenger side window smashed out.

Troopers have home security photos of two suspects who are seen trying to enter a parked car and then attempting to enter the home.
