State Police Investigate Serious Agricultural Accident

Marshall, NY (WIBX) - State police are investigating an agricultural accident that has left a 69-year-old man seriously injured.

It happened Wednesday afternoon at a farm on Burkert Road in the town of Marshall.

Police say Earle Ford was doing mechanical work on a tractor and believe it rolled forward leaving him with a serious head injury.

Ford was taken to St. Elizabeth Medical Center then flown to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse.
