State Police Investigating Norway Shooting [UPDATE]

Norway, NY (WIBX) - State Police are investigating an incident in the town of Norway, where one man was shot.
According to State Police in Herkimer, two men in black masks entered the home at 102 Ryan Road last night around ten, and confronted the home’s owner, 36 year-old Scott Guyer.
One shot was fired, hitting Guyer in the right biceps. The two subjects then fled. Other family members inside the home were not hurt, including Guyer’s brother and children, and nothing was stolen.
He was taken to Saint Elizabeth’s Hospital where surgery was performed.
State Police are asking anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the area to call the agency’s Bureau of Criminal Investigation at (315) 866-7275.
