State Police Make Third Arrest In Oriskany Falls Robbery

Oriskany Falls, NY (WIBX) - State Police have arrested three people in connection with the December robbery of an Oriskany Falls gas station.

Troopers arrested Lucian Morse, 16, of Waterville, for the alleged burglary of the Nassimos CO-OP Gas Station on North Main Street.

Morse's arrest comes one week after Benjamin Wivell, of Deansboro, and Brian Albright, of Oriskany Falls, both 17, were taken in for the same incident.

Wivell and Morse are charged with felony burglary. Albright faces one count of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property for having the stolen items.

Morse was sent to the Oneida County Jail on $2,500 bail.
