State Police Say Lowville Man Had Sex With 14-Year Old Girl

Lowville, NY (WIBX) - A Lowville man has been arrested for allegedly having sex with a 14-year old girl. According to the New York State Police, 37-year old Patrick Elliot was charged with Rape in the 2nd degree, a felony and Endangering the Welfare of a Child for allegedly have sex with the girl last Sunday, December 9th. Elliot was arraigned in a Village of Lyons Falls court and sent to the Lewis County Jail in lieu of $15, 000 dollars cash bail.
