State Police: Utica Man’s BAC Three Times Legal Limit
A Utica man is facing an aggravated DWI charge after police say he was found to be driving with a blood-alcohol-content more than three times the legal limit.
State Police say a trooper observed 37-year-old Ka Htoo's vehicle cross the center line of State Route 31 in Verona and he ultimately drove onto the shoulder of the road. Htoo was taken into custody on a DWI charge. Police say a breath test determined Htoo's BAC was .27%.
He's due to answer the charges in court next month.
