A motorist allegedly driving erratically came the the attention of troopers patrolling the Thruway last night.

According to New York State Police the driver of a gray Nissan Altima on Interstate-87 in Coeymans was failing to keep right just before 10:15pm on Tuesday, November 19, 2013.

Troopers stopped the car and, after running the license plates, learned that the car had been reported stolen.

The driver, 29-year old Alberto J. Calderon of Brooklyn, and his passenger, 31-year old Rakheim K. Scarlett of Troy, were arrested without incident.

Both were charged with felony possession of stolen property and brought to the Albany County Jail.
