SU, ‘Gate Make NCAA Lacrosse Tournament

Indianapolis, IN (WIBX) – Syracuse and Colgate have both made the field of 16 in the NCAA Division I Men’s Lacrosse Tournament.
The Orange (9-7) qualified for the tournament by beating St. John’s in the Big East Tournament final.
SU will take on 3rd-seeded Duke on Saturday.
Colgate (13-3) got an at-large bid at will play unbeaten UMass (15-0) also on Saturday.
The Raiders are led by Tewaaraton Trophy candidate Peter Baum.
Baum leads the nation with 59 goals and 86 points.
