SUNYIT Hosting Local Nanotech Forum

Marcy, NY (WIBX) – SUNYIT is hosting a nano-tech forum to help local communities acclimate to the Mohawk Valley’s growing technology sector.

On August 30th, starting at noon, the second in a series of forums will be held in the SUNYIT Student Center.

Guest speakers include Sally Tinkle, the Deputy Director of the National Nanotechnology Coordination Office and Lisa Friedersdorf, president and owner of AdviSci.

The series aims to educate the public about the emerging nano-tech industry and how communities and companies work together.

SUNYIT’s forum is free to attend, but advance registration is encouraged. To register, click here.
