Suspect Identified In Litchfield DPW Larceny

One suspect has been identified in the larceny at the Litchfield DPW garage that happened on January 5. State police say the driver of the vehicle was Scot Sill, 41, of Frankfort.

Sill and an unidentified accomplice allegedly stole steel and equipment from the garage.

Sill was arrested Wednesday night and charged with 4th Degree Grand Larceny.

He was then sent to the Herkimer County Jail on no bail.

The passenger in the vehicle has yet to be identified.
