Suspect In High Speed Police Chase Still On The Loose
Utica, NY (WIBX) - The man accused of fleeing the scene of an accident following a high speed police chase last week, is still being sought. The incident on Route 12 North, landed two people in the hospital–the suspect’s passengers.
The suspect, 22-year-old Henry Lumpkin is facing multiple charges, and police need your help apprehending him. They just released this photo of a tattoo on his right forearm to help identify him.

Height: 5’10
Weight: 160 lbs.

2-Counts of Assault 3rd
1-Count of Unlawful Fleeing Police Officer
1-New State Parole Warrant
