Suspect Responsible For Shooting At Two Homes Identified

New Hartford, NY (WIBX) - A Utica man already serving time in Otsego County Jail, is being charged with Reckless Endangerment after a 16-month long investigation by New Hartford Police. Officials say, 21-year-old Charles S. Kulick IV was the culprit who fired shots from his pickup truck on January 20, 2011, striking two homes on Oneida and Elm street.
They say Kulick had a beef with someone who lived in the area but missed his intended target. Kulick will be sentenced later this year. He’s serving time in jail on unrelated charges.
