No.2 Syracuse reached the 30-win plateau for the time first in school history with a 58-49 victory over the No.19 Louisville Cardinals in Saturday's regular season finale.

Kris Joseph had 11 points in his final game at the Carrier Dome while fellow-senior Scoop Jardine was held scoreless on 0-of-4 shooting for the game.

Junior guard Brandon Triche was the game's top scorer with 18.

A 17-1 conference record has earned Syracuse the top-seed in the Big East Tournament. Action begins Tuesday but the double-bye means the Orange won't play until Thursday's quarterfinals.
