Syracuse Man Arrested For Fraudulently Obtaining Oxycodone
A Syracuse man is under arrest after State Police say he allegedly tricked a local pharmacy into giving him oxycodone.
Brian Jacobs, 38, is charged with one felony count each of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Falsifying Business Records.
Jacobs was sent to Oneida County Jail on $20,000 bail.
Troopers on the case were assisted by the New York State Bureau of Narcotics Enforcement.
