Syracuse Man Arrested On Rape Charge

A Syracuse man has been arrested and charged with rape following an investigation by State Police and the Madison County Child Advocacy Center.

Police say 23-year old Donald Eckhoff had a sexual relationship with a 15-year old girl in the Town of Sullivan in May of last year.

They say Eckhoff met the victim through his employment as a personal trainer.

Eckhoff has worked as a personal trainer at several gyms in Onondaga County.
