The third-ranked Syracuse Orange won another Big East nail-biter on Monday, nipping the No.21 Cincinnati Bearcats 57-55 for their 35th consecutive Carrier Dome victory.

Similar to Saturday's thrilling win over Louisville, 'Cuse trailed down the stretch, facing a six-point deficit with under three-and-a-half minutes to play. And once again, Michael Carter Williams came up big, draining a jumper then a three-pointer to knot the score at 55.

C.J. Fair's tip-in with 22 seconds to play proved to be the game's final bucket, sending the Orange to 6-0 in the conference, and an 18-1 record overall.

Carter Williams finished with 16 points, seven assists and five boards. Fair and Brandon Triche each scored 13, and Jerami Grant added a team-high seven rebounds off the bench.

Sean Kilpatrick led the 'Cats with 21.

The Orange play at Villanova (11-7, 2-3 Big East) on Saturday morning at 11:00.
