Taberg Man Arrested After Bath Salt Use

Taberg, NY (WIBX) - According to Sheriff Robert Maciol, a Taberg man was arrested after ingesting the synthetic drug commonly known as "bath salts".

 According to authorities, 35-year old Jacob Warner was arrested after he called Oneida County 911 to report masked individuals inside his residence. Warner also reported that several other masked individuals were outside the residence as accomplices.

Deputies say Warner admitted to ingesting bath salts, he was charged with Falsely Reporting an Incident, a misdemeanor, as the investigation proved Warner's 911 call of intruders to be false and baseless.

Warner was arraigned in the Town of Annsville Court and committed to the Oneida County Jail in lieu of $1000.00 cash bail.
