The teen involved in an accident on Route 365 in Floyd has died.

Anusha Yagey, 16, was listed in critical condition yesterday morning at Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse, but later died from his injuries.

State Police say 16-year old Anusha Yagey was a passenger in a car being driven by 17-year old Joseph Yagey of Rome
