Scientists say that the 330-foot-wide <a href="http://www.livescience.com/27667-asteroid-buzzes-earth-this-weekend.html" target="_blank">fiery rock</a> will miss striking the Earth’s surface by nearly 600,000 miles - about three times the distance between our planet and the moon.
