Utica, NY (WIBX) - The Oneida County Health Department is urging residents to get their pets vaccinated against rabies, due to an anticipated increase in cases this year.

Lewis County, NY (WIBX) - The Lewis County Health Department reports a rabid skunk  was killed in the Town of Croghan recently. It's the second animal in the town to test positive for the disease in the past three weeks.
