When was the last time you actually had loose change in your pocket?

Some say that a woman's place is...on the money.  That is one of the slogans used by the group Women on 20's, an organization campaigning for the image of a woman to be put on the face of the U.S. twenty dollar bill, replacing that of Andrew Jackson.

More than a quarter of a million votes have been cast in an online campaign designed to get a woman's face on the U.S. twenty dollar bill.

Should a new face grace the American $20 bill?

There is no funny money here.  $1.2 Million was stolen at John F. Kennedy International Airport.  The company who insured the money is offering a reward of up to $100,000 for information that leads to the recovery of the money and the arrest and conviction of anyone responsible.

Many of us when breaking a dollar end up discarding our spare change into a jar at home and forgetting about it, or generously plunking it into the many charity drop-boxes including that iconic red Salvation Army kettle.  But out of all of the coins that have been circulating for centuries, is Benjamin Franklin’s penny actually ready for retirement?
