The investigation into the death of driver at a central New York racetrack is now complete.

It was his first race since a fatal collision earlier this month and Tony Stewart was unable to finish.

Tony Stewart is planning to return to racing this Sunday to compete for the first time since the fatal crash that killed fellow driver Kevin Ward earlier this month.
