Cuomo Points To Parents For Piercings
Albany, NY (WIBX) - New York teens who want body piercings without their parents knowing may be making a mad rush to piercing parlors. In just about three months a new law signed by Governor Cuomo goes into effect that mandates parental consent for body piercings for anyone under the age of 18.
