Jail Recommended for Matthew Libous
In spite of a plea from his father, New York State Senator Thomas Libous of Binghamton, for no jail time, federal prosecutors are recommending 37-year-old Matthew Libous be sent to prison for under-reporting his income, failing to fully repay the IRS and tampering with a drug test urine sample.
