Utica Police are investigating a "shots fired" incident in east Utica.

Officers responded to Thomas Street at around 4:00 this morning for a report of multiple shots fired.

There were no victims or witnesses around, but several spent shell casings were found on Thomas Street and on the corner of Pleasant Street
