Weather forecasters are closely watching a low pressure expected to travel up the east coast later this week which could turn into a classic Nor'easter this weekend for the Mohawk Valley.
There's another winter storm crossing through the Ohio Valley and making its way to the east coast once again this weekend, just in time for Valentine's Day. New York City will only see about an inch or so and the further one goes south, it turns to freezing rain and mixed precipitation.
The photo above is from March of 2018 when some 40-inches of snow fell in the Mohawk Valley. We won't be getting that this weekend, according to forecasters, but we are expected to see some accumulation through Monday.
