Tallman’s Express Lube Employee Charged With Burglary

An employee of Tallman's Express Lube on Seneca Turnpike in New Hartford is facing charges for allegedly entering the store while it was closed and stealing 540-dollars in cash from the safe.

New Hartford Police have charged 47-year old Albert Yaghy with burglary and petty larceny.

Yaghy was arraigned before Town Justice Copeland and released pending a future court date.
