Teen Arrested For Making School Violence Threat

An 18-year old has been arrested for allegedly sending a text message indicating there may be a shooting at Adirondack High School.

State Police say the message reportedly came from a student in another school district.

The teen has been charged with falsely reporting an incident.  His name is not being released due to his eligibility for youthful offender status.

The subject is scheduled to appear in the Town of Boonville Court at a later date.
