Teen Charged with Bringing Drugs to His Inmate Brother at the Oneida County Jail

A teenager is facing charges after allegedly bringing a care package of sorts to the Oneida County Jail.

MetroSource reports that the 18-year-old was arrested and charged with introducing prison contraband.  The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office says that, during a visit, the young man had passed marijuana to his brother, an inmate at the jail.

He will not be spending time alongside his brother.  He was released on an appearance ticket answerable in court at a later date.
