Utica, NY (WIBX) - On Saturday, May 28, 2011, Utica Police responded to 920 Elizabeth Street in regard to a female that did not pay her taxicab fare. 

According to the complaint, a “City Cab” driver says he transported 19 year old Shequila Taylor from the Obliston Apartments to 920 Elizabeth Street; once they arrived at the destination, the teen exited the cab, running inside the house and refusing to pay the cab fare of $19.25.

Utica Police found Taylor and placed her under arrest for Theft of Services. After the booking process at police headquarters, Taylor was issued an appearance ticket made returnable to Utica City Court on June 23, 2011.
