A Holland Patent woman is being charged with murder after allegedly killing a teenager in Utica.

Utica Police say they were called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident at approximately 2:15pm on Thursday, December 24, 2015.  When they arrived they found a man under a vehicle in a backyard on Walker Street along with a woman who said that she was the driver of the vehicle.

According to a written release from the UPD investigators determined that the driver, 23-year-old Sarah Buswell "...chased after the male who was running. She reportedly chased him into a rear yard and drove over a fence that the victim was climbing. The vehicle then landed on top of the victim killing him."

She faces a felony charge of murder in the second degree.

The victim was identified as 18-year-old Ammar Williams of Utica.
