Texas Teen Arrested In Utica

A Texas teen was arrested after allegedly traveling to Utica to meet an underage girl for sex.

State Police say 18-year old Austin Plemons was taken into custody after he exited a bus at Union Station.

Police say Plemons planned to take the girl back to Texas with him.

Plemons was charged with disseminating indecent material to a minor.

The arrest was the result of a month-long investigation.
