Utica, New York (WIBX) - "Manga in the Context of the Graphic Novel," a public lecture and grand opening will be held on Sunday, March 4th at the Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Institute in Utica, New York.

Oneika Russell, Artist and Ph.D. Candidate will outline the distinct characteristics of the aesthetics of manga, its role in Japanese society, and its political useage.
