If you have 300 to 500 hours to donate over the next year, if your taxes are up to date, you can pass an FBI background check, and if you can think of a few ways to improve the country's tax collection process, the Internal Revenue Service is inviting you to apply to become a member of the Taxpayer Advocacy Panel.

"TAP" members are being sought in order to help the IRS deliver the best possible service to taxpayers.
