Thomas Marlowe is Denied Parole for Murder

One of two men accused of participating in the murders of two Binghamton area convenience store clerks in 1982 is not going to be getting out of jail anytime soon.

66-Year-old Thomas Marlowe has been denied parole again and is continuing to serve 23 years to life in prison.

Marlowe was convicted of murder, robbery and perjury in the killings of 22 year old Christine Kamide of Binghamton and 19 year old James Wilcox of Afton.

62 year old Herman Neu was the gunman in the slayings and is eligible for parole in 2033.  He is serving 52 years to life in prison.

Kamide and Wilcox were killed the same week in September of 1982.
