Three Arrested For Damaging Car In Deerfield

Three people have been arrested for allegedly damaging a car in Deerfield.

20-year old Matthew Smaldon of Frankfort, 23-year old Quadre Deberry of Utica and 17-year old Kyra Sheridan of Utica are charged with criminal mischief.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office says the three caused more than 250-dollars in damage to a vehicle parked in a driveway on Walker Road by slashing the vehicle's tires.

The incident happened in December.

Deputies say Smaldon and Deberry are both on New York State parole.  They're being held in the County Jail without bail.
