New Hartford, NY (WIBX) - A dispute in the parking lot of K-Mart on Commercial Drive in New Hartford lead to the arrest of three people. New Hartford Police say 27-year-old Danielle M. Giruzzi and 40-year-old Christopher F. Longo, both of Utica, were arguing in the parking lot when police were called to the scene.Witnesses at the scene assisted Police uncover a purse Giruzzi attempted to hide, which was found to contain a hypodermic needle and a stolen item, a portable DVD player, from K-Mart. Police also learned that the two suspects were driven to K-Mart by 47-year-old Bonny T. Fuller of Leonardsville, whose vehicle contained other stolen items from Macy's and The Schuss. Police also found a hypodermic needle in Fuller's purse. The three face charges ranging from Petit Larceny, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property and Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument. All three suspects were released and scheduled to appear in New Hartford Town Court on a later date to answer the charges. Police are continuing their investigation into the incident and say more charges could follow.
