Three Arrested In Rome Credit Union Robbery

Three Utica men have been arrested for their roles in the August 19th robbery of the Access Federal Credit Union in Rome.

Rome Police arrested 20-year old Shakeal Hendricks, 18-year old Taiquan Howard and 54-year old Robert Hendricks following a three-month investigation.  Howard was previously arrested on November 17, 2013 on a weapons possession charge.

All three were arraigned in Federal Court in Syracuse and are being held.

Police say the investigation into the incident is continuing and additional arrests are possible.
