A lengthy investigation by Utica Police has led to the arrest of three people on drug charges.

Police executed a search warrant at 1569 Miller Street, where they allegedly seized both heroin and methamphetamine.

26-year old Dillion Kinsella, 27-year old Santina MIranda and 54-year old Gary Mashaw are facing numerous charges including criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine.

Police say it appears meth was being manufactured at the location in the form of the One-Pot Method.

They say several One-Pot Method manufacturing devices and related materials were found inside the house.
