Utica, NY (WIBX) - More information is being released about a crash that resulted in a light poll falling onto several cars in Utica.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office says investigators were pursuing suspects in this month's robbery of Nice N Easy on Route 233 in Westmoreland.

Jeremy Fazekas, 28, and 27-year old Jeanette Myers of Vernon and 36-year old Gerald Consentino of Blossvale were captured and taken into custody on charges of first-degree robbery.

Deputies say 33-year old Todd Enquist of Vernon was driving a car occupied by two of the suspects, and his vehicle crashed into a utility pole at the Parkway and Oneida Street.

That pole fell onto several vehicles. No one injured.

Enquist was charged with reckless endangerment and criminal mischief for failing to comply and crashing into two Sheriff's investigators vehicles.
