Three Charged In Theft At Sears In New Hartford

Two teens and a juvenile are facing felony charges after allegedly stealing bags full of merchandise from Sears at the Sangertown Mall.

New Hartford Police have charged 18-year old Hope Foster of Utica and 16-year old Jakya Reed of Syracuse with grand larceny and endangering the welfare of a child.

The unidentified 14-year old from Camden was charged with grand larceny.

Police say the three suspects walked out of the store with bags bulging at the seams with stolen merchandise.
