UPDATED 8:26 pm.- The Oneida County Sheriff's Office has released the names of the victims in Monday night's plane crash in Westmoreland.

UPDATED 10:03 am 4/20- The Oneida County Sheriff's Office say James Kasperski died on Tuesday night at a Syracuse hospital.

31-year old Amanda Odell of Rome was released from the hospital.

The pilot, 37-year old John Balio of Frankfort remains in hospitalized in critical condition.

Undersheriff Robert Swenszkowski says the FAA and The NTSB are continuing their investigation into the cause of the crash.

The small plane crashed after take-off from a grass airstrip that was located on Lowell Road.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office is investigating an airplane crash that happened Monday night on Lowell Road in Westmoreland.

A small plane crashed after take-off from a grass airstrip that was located on Lowell Road.

There were three occupants in the plane. They sustained burns and other related injuries.

The Sheriff's Office is waiting for the FAA and NTSB to respond to the scene.
