Three more defendants in the Word of Life Church beating case were in Oneida County Court this morning.

Pastor Tiffanie Irwin, Traci Irwin and Daniel Irwin appeared before Judge Michael Dwyer.

District Attorney Scott McNamara argued that "clergy privilege" should not apply to Tiffanie Irwin in the case.  McNamara say that's because no information was confided and a third party was present during the church counseling session that led to the death of Lucas Leonard.

He also agreed with the defense that Traci and Tiffanie Irwin should be tried separately from Bruce Leonard and Sarah Ferguson.

McNamara told the judge once again that his office is ready to go to trial.

All three defendants will be back in court next month for hearings.

Linda Morey will be in court tomorrow.
