Teens Arrested For Unlawful Surveillance In Madison County

Three Madison County teens have been arrested and charged with unlawful surveillance and endangering the welfare of a child.

State Police say the arrests are the result of an investigation that began when a parent of one of the victims alleged that the three high school boys secretly videotaped seven girls changing into their bathing suits.

Police say there were three incidents that occurred at two separate locations in the Towns of Sullivan and Cazenovia between July 21st and August 31st of this year.

The names of boys, who are 15 and 16-years old, are not being released because of their ages.

All three were issued Family Court appearance tickets.
