Three Utica Comets Named To AHL All-Star Roster

Goalie Jacob Markstrom, Defenseman Bobby Sanguinetti and Forward Cal O'Reilly of the Utica Comets have been selected to participate in the American Hockey League All-Star Classic.

The trio will join Comets Head Coach Travis Green on the Western Conference squad.

Markstrom has been one of the AHL's top goalies, with a 10-2-1 record, a 1.91 gaa and 4 shutouts.

Sanguinetti has eight goals and nine assists in 27 games with the Comets and O'Reilly has scored four goals and collected 24 assists in 34 games.

It's the first All-Star selection for Markstrom the third for both Sanguinetti and O'Reilly.

The 2015 AHL All-Star Game takes place on Monday, January 26th at the Utica Auditorium.
